About me

This started with a walk.

The Lost Hours Walk — through the night, when the world is quiet but the mind is loudest. It’s in those hours that too many people struggle alone. This is about changing that.

I’m part of Round Table Great Britain and Ireland and currently serving as Chairman of Area 35 for 2026/27. Through Round Table, I’ve found brotherhood, purpose, and support at times when I needed it most — and I know first-hand how powerful that can be.

Over the past few years, I’ve taken part in the Lost Hours Walk to raise awareness and funds for Campaign Against Living Miserably — a charity doing vital work to support those facing mental health struggles and suicide prevention.

This year, I’m taking it further.

From walking again, to taking on a 189-mile challenge, to creating merchandise that carries a message — this is a year-long mission to raise awareness, start conversations, and make a difference.

The message is simple:

Don’t Camo Yourself.

Don’t hide what you’re going through.

Don’t blend into the background.

And don’t ever think you have to face it alone.

Everything you see here is part of that mission.

And if this reaches just one person who needed it — it ’s worth it.
